Ocelot Communications was founded by Jacob Durden, a fiber optic professional with an extensive background in fiber splicing, network infrastructure, and ISP project management. Through years of experience supporting large scale fiber deployments, FTTH construction, and telecommunications infrastructure projects, Jacob developed a deep understanding of the standards, expectations, and execution requirements carriers demand in the field.

Having worked directly on the ISP side of the industry, Ocelot Communications understands what providers expect to see when it comes to workmanship, project coordination, testing, safety compliance, and documentation.
